Description: Derived from a normal fibroblast (1BR3 ECACC catalogue no. 90011801) transformed with the plasmids pSV3gpt and pSV3neo. The cells were selected for pSV2neo only.The genetic identity of 1BR3 (90011801)”, 1BR.3.G (90020507), 1BR.3.GN (90020508), and 1BR.3.N (90020509) has been confirmed by STR profiling at ECACC.
