Description: Derived from a normal fibroblast (1BR3 ECACC catalogue no. 90011801) transformed with the plasmid pSV2neo. The genetic identity of 1BR3 (90011801)”, 1BR.3.G (90020507), 1BR.3.GN (90020508), and 1BR.3.N (90020509) has been confirmed by STR profiling at ECACC.
