Description
Description: Established from a skin biopsy of a foetal (18 day gestation) germ-free Sprague-Dawley rat. The cells can be propagated for at least 30 passages.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:3 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
