Description
Description: The antibody recognises a monomorphic determinant on the L3T4 molecule (the murine equivalent of CD4).

Growth Medium: DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Immediately post resuscitation of the cells use media containing 20% FBS, once the culture is established the level of FBS can then be reduced to 10% FBS.
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
