Description: The hybridoma cell line OX-48 secretes monoclonal IgG antibodies reactive against rat CD86.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculturing Procedure: Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml (5 x 100,000 cells/ml at resuscitation). Subculture when cells reach 5 x 100,000 – 1 x 1,0,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37°C. 20% FBS can be used at resuscitation.
