Description
Description: The heterohybridoma AFRC 85A2 is one of 8 hybridoma cell lines obtained using lymphocytes from ponies immunised with influenza A equine 2 virus (isolateA/Equine/Newmarket/79(H3N8)). For the establishment of AFRC 85A2 horse cells from the inguinal lymph node have been fused with the non-Ig-secreting heterohybridoma AFRC 17D1 (ECACC catalogue no. 94120825).
