Description: Tumor cell line with multidrug registance obtained from rapidly growing cervical tumor(neck) diagnosed as an anaplastic thyroid carcinoma.

Growth Properties:
Morphology: fibroblast-like
Growth Medium: 1 to 1 mixture of Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium and RPMI 1640 medium with 10% heat inactivated fetal bovine serum.
Subculturing Procedure: Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin.
