Growth Properties:

Morphology: fibroblast-like

Growth Medium: Eagle’s minimal essential medium with 10% fetal bovine serum.

Subculturing Procedure: Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA. Split ratio is practically 1/100. Harvest cells before confluent at subculture.
