Description
Description: Derived from female Buffalo yearling. The cells have a finite life span of a minimum of 30 passages and are susceptible to a range of viruses including HSV, vaccinia, PRV, BVDV, para-influenza 3, bovine enterovirus (M62/4); also IBRV and VSV (Indiana). The cell line produces both detectable BVDV antigens and infectious BVDV.
