Description: A pseudotetraploid call line generated by fusion of 8-bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant rat glioma cell line C6-BU-1 and the 6-thioguanine-resistant mutant rat glioma cell line C6-TG-1.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.05% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C
