Description
Description: Susceptible to Feline leukaemia virus. There is the possibility of low level secretion of Feline endogenous retrovirus (RD 114). The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 37°C.
