Growth Medium: Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium(0.1% glucose) with 10% fetal calf serum.
Subculturing Procedure: 0.05 % trypsin+5mM EDTA. Dilute 1/20-1/40. Prepare many ampules when received. Use new ampule after 1-2 month culture.
Release Conditions: Citation of #967 is required.
