Description
Description: The bovine cell line was established from collagenase-dissociated, adrenal medulla tissue. The cells display a capillary endothelium morphology with relatively large cell bodies and produce factor VIII:C. Tests for BVDV have shown that the cell line is producing both detectable BVDV antigens and infectious BVDV.
