Description: Normal diploid cell line from a female pig embryo. The cells are susceptible to Bovine Viral Diarrhoea virus.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 i.e. seeding at 4 x 10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
