Description
Description: This cell line is one of a series of F2408 rat cell lines with recombinant plasmid pZE2 with coding region of the EBNA2 transfected, but the expression of the EBNA2 was weak in this strain.

Growth Properties:
Morphology: fibroblast-like
Growth Medium: Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium with 5% fetal calf serum.
Subculturing Procedure: Cells are treated with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA when subculture cells and subculture cells every 4 days.
