Description: Derived from a tumour of a 9 month old female Caucasian. Highly transformed and grows in soft agar.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-5×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C. Change medium every 4 days.
