Description
Description: The antibody is directed against a polymorphic epitope on the bovine CD11c antigen, which is itself composed of 95kDa and 150kDa components. The antibody is directed against bovine monocytes and less strongly with granulocytes. It also reacts with activated antigen specific T lymphocytes.
