Description
Description: The antibody is directed against the bovine CD11 antigen and reacts with monocytes and less strongly with granulocytes. It also reacts with activated antigen-specific T lymphocytes.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
