Description: Multipotent CNS stem cell line of mouse. Cells differentiate into neuron, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.

Growth Medium: Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium with high glucose, 5ug/ml insulin, 10ng/ml EGF, 50ug/ml transferrin, 10ng/ml biotin and 30nM Na2SeO3 (Serum free medium).
Subculturing Procedure: Pipetting, or 0.1% crystalline trypsin in Ca, Mg-free PBS, and the action of trypsin is stopped with 0.1% soybean trypsin inhibitor.
