Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) seeding at 1-3 x10,000 cells/cm² . Cells adhere lightly, detach by gently knocking the flask do not use trypsin. 5% CO2; 37°C. The cells do produce large amounts of CO2, media changes may be necessary.
