Description: A non-metastatic epitherial tumor cell line established from ovarian granulosa cell tumor irradiated with 60-Co-gamma rays. Cells are producing estradiol continuously.

Also Known As:

Species: mouse

Tissue: ovary

Growth Properties:

Morphology: epithelial-like

Growth Medium: RPMI1640 medium with heat-inactivated 10% fetal calf serum or Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium with heat-inactivated 10% fetal calf serum.

Subculturing Procedure: Cells harvested after treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA.
