Description
Description: The antibody recognises CD2 antigen found on most thymocytes, T lymphocytes and splenic tissue macrophages. The OX-55 antigen has same distribution as OX-34 and OX-54 antigens but does not compete.

Subculturing Procedure: Seed at 5×10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5×100,000-1×1,0,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO2; 37°C.
