Description: This antibody may provide a valuable tool for studying the differentiation of embryonic precursor cells. The hybridoma supernatant cross reacts with human neuroendocrine cells within appendix, colon and rectum. This mab could provide novel reagents for understanding neural crest development. The antibody is not reactive with somite cultures. The purified antibody is best used at 30 micrograms/ml for immunocytochemistry. Hybridoma should produce 1-60 micrograms/ml
