Description: 135B hybridoma was generated by fusing Ag876 myeloma cells with splenic cells of BALB/c mice immunised with tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) isolated from human osteoclastoma tumour. V35B antibody shows reactivity against the monocytic leukemia cell line U937, ECV304 cells and guinea pig tissue.
