Description

Description: Derived from a patient with early onset Alzheimer disease and cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA)”, carrying a 6.5 Mb microduplication of the APP gene locus on chromosome 21. This is an EBV-transformed lymphoblastoid cell line.
