Growth Properties:

Morphology: fibroblast-like

Growth Medium: Eagle’s minimal essential medium with 7-8% fetal bovine serum or calf serum and 0.11% NaHCO3.

Subculturing Procedure: Culture at 37 C and harvest cells by treatment with 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA.
