Description: Rat mammary carcinoma cell line from rat mammary gland induced by single shot DMBA(20mg) administrated by oral.

Growth Properties:
Morphology: epithelial-like
Growth Medium: 45% Ham’s F12 medium, 45% Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium and 10% fetal calf serum, supplemented with 10mM Hepes, 2×10^8 M Na-Selenite, 1mM EGTA.
Subculturing Procedure: Cells are treated with 0.05 % trypsin and 0.02 % EDTA
