Description: Derived from the pleural effusion of a 65 year old Caucasian male with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. HLA = A3, B7, B27, w30.

Growth Medium: EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
