Description
Description: Derived from the ascitic fluid from a 64 year old caucasian female with an ovarian tumour. Forms moderately well-differentiated adenocarcinoma consistent with ovarian primary cells.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:3 i.e. seeding at 3-6×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
