Growth Properties:

Morphology: epithelial-like

Growth Medium: Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium with 0.1% glucose and 10% fetal calf serum.

Subculturing Procedure: Cells harvested after treatment with 0.125% trypsin and 0.01% EDTA. Subculture once a week at split ratio=1/8 at 34 C.
