Description

Description: Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from ULK1(+/-)ULK2(+/-) knockout mice. MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised by standard serial passaging protocol. This cell line can be used to study ULK2-dependent processes in autophagy.
