Description: The antibody cross reacts with bovine MHC class II molecules and reacts with MHC class II on cell surfaces and on immunoblots.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 1-2×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density reached at 3-9×100,000 cells/ml (takes 3-4 days to reach 5×100,000).
