Description: The antibody cross-reacts with bovine MHC class II molecules and reacts with MHC class II molecules on cell surface and on immunoblots. It also reacts with a polymorphic determinant.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 1-2×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density is reached at 3-9×100,000 cells/ml.
