Description
Description: The antibody cross-reacts with bovine MHC class II molecules and reacts with MHC class II molecules on cell surface and on immunoblots. It reacts with the majority, but not all DQß chains.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 1-2×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density reached at 3-9×100,000 cells/ml. (takes 3-4 days to reach 5×100,000)
