Description
Description: This cytotoxic antibody is directed against human leukocytes. The target antigen is a determinant on the 43kDa polypeptide chains of HLA-A,B and C.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculturing Procedure: Seed at 4-5×100,000 viable cells/ml from frozen. Once healthy cell growth is established (normally after 3-4 days) maintain cells between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml ; 5% CO2; 37°C.
