Description
Description: Produced from liver tumours of DMH induced rats. Liver tumours were produced by intraportal injection of the parent line WB2054. This cell line forms liver tumours more readily than the parent line.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
