Description
Description: Expresses surface IgM but does not secrete Ig. Secretion of IgM can be induced with LPS. WEHI 231 is a B cell lymphoma of BALB/c x NXB F1 origin induced by mineral oil injection.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:8 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 2-9×100000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
