Growth Medium: Iscoves Modified Dulbeccos Medium (IMDM) + 2mM glutamine + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA, trypsin or mechanical agitation maybe required to dislodge them from the plastic.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml. 5% CO2; 37°C. Saturation density 9 x 100,000/ml
