Description
Description: The immunisation protocol involved repeated intranasal infection with a single i.v. injection before fusion. The IgM antibodies bind murine IgG2a of “a” allotype and Fc region. There is no cross-reactivity with A/PR/8/34 influenza virus, DNP, NP, DNA or cytoskeletal proteins. Contains a CH2 domain.
