Description
Description: A primary skin fibroblast established from an adult female with a cancer predisposition who also exhibited multiple primary tumours. The donor was the sister of 175BR (ECACC catalogue no. 90011863).

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
