Description
Description: Established from a biopsy of a radiosensitive patient. The patient was diagnosed as not having ataxia-telangiectasia, an autosomal recessive disorder where sensitivity to ionising radiation has been documented.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
