Description
Description: Derived from a female BALB/c myeloma tumour MPC-11. The parental cell line has mutated during growth in 6-thioguanine to establish the drug resistant line 45.6.TG1.7. This line is HPRT negative and produces mouse IgG2b kappa immunoglobulins.
