Description
Description: Derived from 46BR, a fibroblast from an individual with hypogammaglobulinaemia. The parent cell line was transformed with the plasmid pSV3neo expressing SV40 T-antigen and is now immortal.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 1-3×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
