Description: Derivative of RT4 which was derived from a transitional cell papillary tumour of a human bladder.

Subculturing Procedure: Split confluent cultures 1:3-1:6 ie seeding at 2-4 x 10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/ EDTA ; 5%CO2; 37°C
