Description: Derived from a glioblastoma removed from a 53 year old male. Non-tumourigenic in anti-thymocyte serum treated NIH Swiss mice.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:8 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C (medium renewal every 2-3 days recommended).
