Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Upon resuscitation the cell viability may initially decrease to approximately 50% but after 3-4 days the cells will recover and healthy growth should occur with the cell viability improving.
