Description
Description: The monoclonal antibody IAH-CC 98 is part of a cluster known as WC6 that immunoprecipitated a molecule of 210 kDa. This molecule is present on all CD2+ cells and B cells, but not expressed by WC1+cells. Cells have been grown on mouse macrophage feeder cells using hypoxanthine and thymidine at concentrations appropriate for hybridomas. It is recommended to continue this until sufficient cells have been frozen.
