Description
Description: The antibody is directed against lipopolysaccharide components of the bacterial cell wall and also with lipopolysaccharide from free-living cultures of Rhizobium strains 3841 and B155.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
