Description
Description: A clonal derivative of mass cultures of foetal feline lung after 14 passages in vitro. Susceptible to panleukopenia, feline herpes and feline picornaviruses.

Growth Medium: Ham’s F12 + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2-5×10, 000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin and 0.03% EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
