Description
Description: Derived from the normal skin of a 56 year old Caucasian female. The cells are highly sensitive to human interferon and have been proposed as a standard for its assay.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 i.e. seeding at 4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 37°C.
